Go through your stuff and pick out any items that you are no longer using but you don't want to throw out. You can also take into stock any skills which you have and you think that someone else may want. Value your services in monetary terms to help ensure that you do not feel cheated. This will be one of the ways to enable you get a product that is equal in value to what you are giving out.
